Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NashGlam purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged by misuse
- Products purchased with special promotions or clearance sales
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at designated shipping location
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for a different shade, size, or similar item. The same return conditions apply to exchanges. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
